Student Lifecycle Management System (SLCMS) is a web application that manages the entire student journey — from admissions through alumni, within a health education institute. It brings all the departments working in isolation in a single platform, facilitating coordination among them. It can significantly improve efficiency, reduce administrative burdens, and enhance the overall student experience within a medical college.

Project Proposal Approval & PO / MoU to be given by Institute to CDAC

A proposal will be send to the interested institute along with proposed functionalities and financials. Institute will provide a PO or sign an agreement / MoU with CDAC for the execution of proposed work

UAT Servers & Application Deployment

Servers would be assigned in CDAC DC. Application would be Deployed and Demonstrated at UAT on as-is basis. After DMER go-ahead, the same would be deployed on production server. Web Security would be ensured before deployment of application on production server. The application would be configured with master data and user training would be conducted on UAT. The user-ids and log-in password would be provided.

Stabilization & Handholding Support

The change requests would be Documented and Application Customization would be carried out. Training of the application will be provided to the stake holders, nominated staff of the Institute and support team, if any.
